For the eighth time, Coca-Cola HBC has been named the most sustainable beverage company in the world in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class 2024 rankings – formerly known as the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), compiled by S&P Global.
The ranking is also confirmed in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025, where Coca-Cola HBC once again ranks first globally.
Coca-Cola HBC has consistently achieved top scores in CDP climate and water assessments since 2016.
Coca-Cola HBC was included in CDP's 2023 Supplier Engagement Leaderboard in recognition of our efforts to measure and reduce climate risks across our entire value chain.
Coca-Cola HBC maintained its leading position in MSCI ESG ratings, achieving an "AA" rating in 2024, after eight consecutive years with the highest "AAA" rating (2015–2023).
MSCI ESG assesses companies globally based on their exposure to specific environmental, social, and governance risks and how they manage them compared to other players in the industry.
Coca-Cola HBC has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series since its launch in 2000. In recent years, we have achieved the highest score in the beverage industry, reflecting our sustained performance in the field of sustainability. FTSE4Good recognizes companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices according to rigorous international standards.
V.E (Vigeo Eiris) has been evaluating Coca-Cola HBC's performance since 2004. In 2023, we were once again ranked among the top companies in the beverage industry.
We have maintained our ISS ESG Prime status from 2016 to the present. ISS ESG – originally founded in 1993 as oekom research – is one of the most important global ESG research and assessment agencies. Its rigorous methodology and international recognition of quality place ISS at the top of the list of reliable sources for sustainable investments.
We have been included in the Ethibel EXCELLENCE Investment Register since 2007. Forum ETHIBEL is an independent agency that evaluates companies globally in terms of economic, social and environmental performance, providing recommendations for responsible investment. Coca-Cola HBC is recognised as a benchmark in responsible entrepreneurship, setting an example of good practice in its sector and in the region.
