Program under the umbrella of La TINEri este Puterea
Practical training and support for future HoReCa professionals
Barmasters Empowered is a program that offers young people from vulnerable backgrounds real access to practical education and employment opportunities in the HoReCa industry. Part of the La TINEri este Puterea initiative and in partnership with The Social Incubator Association, the project reached its second edition in 2025 and is expanding nationwide.
For many of the participants, this is the first real step towards independence – a path to a career, but also to confidence in their own abilities. We believe that when given the right context, their potential becomes visible and valuable. And that's what Barmasters Empowered is all about: equal opportunities, real mentoring, and a more secure future.

The pilot edition of the program, held in 2024 in Bucharest, together with our partners, Hiro Bay and Stadio, involved 50 young people who participated in intensive training sessions, theory and practice, in partnership with professionals in the field. Of these, 13 obtained valuable certifications and were supported in the process of finding employment at partner locations.
Programs such as Barmasters Empowered demonstrate that when the private sector and NGOs collaborate, real solutions for inclusion, education, and employment can emerge.
In the 2025 edition, the program will reach 6 cities in Romania and involve 120 young people:
Local partners in this edition play an essential role in delivering courses and practical sessions: Jack’s Bistro (Timișoara), Hubertus (Cluj), O’Peter’s Irish Pub (Brașov), Complex Sunrise (Iași), On Plonge Junior (Constanța), and Sense Terasa Pub (Craiova).
