A project that connects students with career opportunities for tomorrow.
"Fabrica de Viitor" (Factory of the Future) is an initiative launched by Coca-Cola HBC in partnership with the School of Values Association in 2023, with the aim of developing high school students' skills in areas such as mechatronics, automation, and electronics.
In the 2023-2024 school year, the project included students from the Henri Coandă Technological College in Timișoara and the Elie Radu Energy High School in Ploiești.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the project included students from the Henri Coandă Technological College in Timișoara and the Elie Radu Energy High School in Ploiești.
Students benefited from six modules of career counseling and vocational guidance, visits to Coca-Cola HBC factories, internship programs, and direct discussions with industry professionals. They had the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in real-life situations, observe and interact directly with technological equipment and processes.
The activities focused on developing communication skills, critical thinking, and career guidance. Following the counseling sessions, students identified professional fields compatible with their passions and skills and became motivated to create resumes and apply for internships and jobs.
