School Project for Sustainable Management
In 2021, the Embassy of Sustainability in Romania (ASR) launched SustainAbility School, a sustainable management education program developed with the support of Coca-Cola HBC Romania. The program is exclusively dedicated to employees who are part of companies and NGOs that are members of the ASR community and was created based on a reality: we did not have a sustainability school in Romania, hence the need to facilitate a structured learning environment where company managers could discover relevant information to guide them in the transition from business as usual to sustainable business.

Of course, people are at the center of this transition. The sustainability of a company cannot be significantly improved solely through procedures and decisions made by top management, but depends directly on the decisions made by all employees of that company. Thus, SustainAbility School is an active program with recurring meetings for participants.
Together with specialists, various topics are addressed, from the sphere of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Discussions take place online and are followed by a question and answer session, so that we can facilitate the transfer of know-how on sustainability issues between members of the Sustainable Romania Coalition and Romanian and foreign specialists from the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
